# Z 111 AC 500 (GEL GRADE) :

Heavy duty gel type, non fuming rust remover with inhibition mechanism.

  • A unique blend of phosphoric acid, wetting & rust inhibitor additives for the rapid removal of rust, oxidation and stains from ferric metals, GI surfaces.

  • Concentrated non drip formulation.

  • Inhibited: uniquely non corrosive to users & metals despite ultra strong acid cleaning power. User friendly (Not recommended for use on aluminum unless etching is desired).

  • Excellent flash re-rust prevention. Forms a layer of “Iron Phosphate”, post de-rusting for short term rust protection.

  • Easy application on localized area. Ideal for parts that cannot be "Dipped".

#Z118 EQC 10 :

Ultra strong complexed liquid acid scale remover formulated for the fast, effective removal of hardness scale, rust & mineral deposits.


KEY APPLICATIONS AREAS :

Cleans complex equipment without disassembling - heat exchangers, condensers, cooling jackets, process vessels, pipings, valves & other equipments subject to rust & hard water scale deposits.

IMPORTANT : Ideal for cleaning cementatious deposits-insulators, structures, etc.

#Z118 EQC 10 Light to medium yellow liquid 0.20 - 0.22 0.3 - 0.6 (10%) None Safe for all steels. Avoid use on aluminium, zinc & glavanised steels. 1 :5 to 5 :95 Circulate & soak system 4 -8 hours. Drain & rinse system repeatedly. Repeat acid soak if necessary. Post neutralise system water to establish an alkaline ph.
